View our latest newsThe Windsor Frozen Foods® Company was founded in January 1996 from an acquisition of frozen food companies formerly owned by the Keebler Company. In April 2000 the company acquired a second pasta manufacturing facility to serve the Northeast markets. In 2004, Windsor acquired Specialty Brands, a diversified food company based in Ontario California that manufactures Mexican entrees, Italian entrees and appetizers. Today Windsor operates 9 FDA-approved manufacturing facilities with 27 state-of-the-art production lines in 6 states that provide products to foodservice, warehouse club, industrial and private-label retail customers across the United States.
